Eating and plyometrics

OK, when Tony Horton tells you not to eat at least an hour before doing plyometrics, he's not kidding. Had a very small portion of spaghetti about 45 minutes prior to working out. Ate a brownie as I walked into the living room. (It smelled soooo good!)

Worked out.

Didn't feel so good 30 minutes into the workout.

Threw up and curled up into a little ball in bed.

Don't try it yourself kids, I'm not kidding!
