my P90 X workouts

I have been p90xing it for 2 weeks now and have seen improvement in my body and energy levels. The first week is a killer. As one writer said, you pretty much just wait for the sweet kiss of death each night as your legs twitch and rhomboids shake.

My body was doing it's own special jitterbug involuntarily at times. But what a killer workout! No more twitching, just tired muscles. Lovin' it!
